You will balance exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, associate engagement, and owner expectations while positioning the hotel for success in the Virginia Beach market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a full-service hotel environment.
• Proven ability to develop strong financial, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement results.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, and cost management.
• Experience partnering with hotel ownership and management company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for hotel performance, guest experience, and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan, budget, forecasts, and operating strategies.
• Analyze financial and operational results and implement strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with ownership, Crescent leadership, and Marriott.
