Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the Delta Hotels by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront. This full-service property sits along the Chesapeake Bay and requires a proven hotel leader who can balance guest experiences with financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a full-service hotel environment.
• Marriott full-service experience highly preferred.
• Experience within a waterfront, resort, lifestyle, or destination hotel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for hotel operations, financial performance, guest experience and associate engagement.
• Develop and execute annual business plan, budgets, forecasts and operating strategies.
• Drive revenue, market share, and long-term asset value through analysis and action.
• Maintain relationships with ownership, Crescent leadership, and Marriott.
