Job summary

Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront is seeking an experienced Front Office leader to guide our Front Desk team. You will drive guest service excellence, manage daily operations, and partner with our Crescent Hotels & Resorts leadership.

Must communicate in English and bring 4+ years of hotel leadership alongside Lightspeed PMS expertise. This full-time on-site role offers competitive wages, 401K matching, and Crescent discounts across properties.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English and demonstrate professional guest interactions.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience with Lightspeed PMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team and drive guest service excellence.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and staffing levels.
• Oversee daily policies, scheduling, and revenue goals.
• Participate in weekly/monthly meetings and forecasting processes.
