Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Delta Hotel by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront to lead and motivate the housekeeping team on property. You will ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet Crescent standards and client expectations while managing daily operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years in hotel housekeeping.
• 1 year as housekeeping supervisor.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training and performance feedback.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Assign staff tasks and manage special requests.
• Distribute supplies at shift start and control inventory.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Log Lost and Found items and answer inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect assets and guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and shift coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
