Job summary

Manthey Hospitality is seeking a Reservation Agent to support reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi, and Lost Pearl in the Tampa area.

You will be the first contact for guests, handling phone and walk-up inquiries, while processing reservations and payments accurately through POS and reservation systems. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, reservations or ticketing is preferred.
• Comfortable using phones and in-person guest interactions.
• Attention to detail and accurate transaction handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locations.
• Answer calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing, and questions across all brands.
• Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades, and guest transactions through POS/reservation systems.
• Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades, packages, and cross-brand experiences.
• Assist with boarding passes, directions, and guest wayfinding.
• Maintain clean, organized ticket booth and reservation areas.
• Coordinate with operations on guest counts, boarding procedures, and cruise capacity.
• Support guest service recovery professionally and calmly.
• Assist during holidays, weekends, special events, and high-volume periods.
