Job summary

Manthey Hospitality is seeking a friendly Reservation Agent to support our Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi, and Lost Pearl brands in Clearwater Marina and across Tampa Bay.

The role involves handling reservations, walk-up guest interactions, and ensuring smooth guest experiences from first contact through ticketing. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, with flexible evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS and reservation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locations.
• Handle incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing, and general questions across all Manthey Hospitality brands.
• Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades, and guest transactions through POS and reservation systems.
• Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades, packages, and cross-brand experiences based on guest interests.
• Assist with boarding passes, directions, and guest wayfinding.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional ticket booth and reservation areas.
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding guest counts, boarding procedures, and cruise capacity.
• Support guest service recovery efforts professionally and calmly.
• Assist during holidays, weekends, special events, and high-volume operating periods.
