Job summary

Manthey Hospitality is seeking friendly Reservation Agents to support reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi and Lost Pearl in Tampa. The role is the first point of contact for guests, requiring warm, professional service, phone and walk-up assistance, and accurate processing of reservations and payments.

Availability evenings and weekends is expected, with opportunities across multiple waterfront locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, polished, and guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in person.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions and reservations.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Previous hospitality, reservations, ticketing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locations.
• Answer calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing, and questions across all Manthey Hospitality brands.
• Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades, and guest transactions via POS.
• Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades, and cross-brand packages.
• Assist with boarding passes, directions, and guest wayfinding.
• Maintain clean, organized ticket booth and reservation areas.
• Coordinate with operations on guest counts and cruise capacity.
• Support guest service recovery professionally.
• Assist during holidays, weekends, and high-volume periods.
