Job summary

Manthey Hospitality, Clearwater Marina-based, seeks friendly Reservation Agents to support Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi and Lost Pearl. This role handles reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across multiple Florida brands in a fast-paced waterfront environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, polished and guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with reservations, ticketing or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locations.
• Answer calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing and questions across brands.
• Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades and guest transactions through POS and reservation systems.
• Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades and cross-brand options based on guest interests.
• Assist with boarding passes, directions and guest wayfinding.
• Maintain clean, organized reservation areas.
• Coordinate with operations on guest counts and cruise capacity.
• Support guest service recovery professionally during high-volume periods.
