Job summary

Manthey Hospitality in Downtown Tampa is seeking friendly Reservation Agents to support reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi and Lost Pearl. You’ll be the first point of contact delivering warm, professional hospitality.

You’ll answer phones, assist walk-up guests, process reservations through POS and reservation systems, and help guests create memorable experiences with accurate details and a welcoming presence.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, reservations, or guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locations.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing, and general questions across all Manthey Hospitality brands.
• Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades, and guest transactions accurately through POS and reservation systems.
• Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades, packages, and cross-brand experiences based on guest interests.
• Assist with boarding passes, directions, and guest wayfinding.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional ticket booth and reservation areas.
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding guest counts, boarding procedures, and cruise capacity.
• Support guest service recovery efforts professionally and calmly.
• Assist during holidays, weekends, special events, and high-volume operating periods.
