South Baltimore Gateway Partnership (SBGP) is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Public Spaces and Waterfront projects in Baltimore. You will lead community engagement, coordinate designers and public agencies, and manage budgets from design through completion of construction and activation.

The role emphasizes environmental restoration, equity, and access to waterfront amenities, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel within South Baltimore.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach and project management.
• Strong communication skills, including facilitating public meetings and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design and construction of public spaces is desirable, but technical design expertise is not required.
• Demonstrated project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of community-facing public space projects, including trails and waterfront access.
• Coordinates designers, consultants, public agencies, and partners from planning through design.
• Manages scopes, schedules, deliverables, and budgets for projects.
