South Baltimore Gateway Partnership seeks a Senior Project Manager - Public Spaces, Parks to lead capital construction and improvement work across the SBGP District. You will coordinate with a diverse set of partners including public agencies, nonprofits, and vendors, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.

The role requires hands-on project management, grants experience, and a collaborative approach to enhance parks and public spaces under the Reimagine Middle Branch Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing capital construction and/or capital improvement projects.
• 5+ years of experience in grants or program management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Enhanced Services Director to manage a large portfolio of capital construction and improvement projects.
• Oversee projects through all phases including budgeting, contracting, and payment processing.
• Manage broader Enhanced Services portfolio including maintenance of public spaces and community programming.
• Oversee consultants and ensure compliance with procurement and insurance requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to supervisor, SBGP staff, and the SBGP Board of Directors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure successful implementation and compliance.
• Engage with community stakeholders and partners to foster relationships.
