Job summary

Circor Navy (U.S.) is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Planning & Control to lead integrated demand, inventory planning, material readiness, and supply execution for Waterfront aftermarket repair centers in Norfolk. You will translate demand into inventory requirements and drive a disciplined operating system to optimize turns and availability.

The role oversees inventory planning, supply coordination, warehouse, logistics, and quality, coordinating across Sales, Service Operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years people leadership in operations.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Proven results in material availability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer orders and projected demand into inventory requirements and targets.
• Own material readiness, shortage and priority lists, and execution against required dates.
• Lead cross-functional control towers to identify constraints and drive recovery.
• Lead Supply Chain Coordinators/Expeditors interfacing with Procurement, factories, and suppliers.
• Own inventory availability, accuracy, replenishment, and ERP transactions; oversee warehouse and logistics.
• Lead Quality & Inspection to ensure materials and repairs meet requirements.
• Own KPIs and operating cadences to drive visibility and continuous improvement.
• Serve as Norfolk site lead and scale the Waterfront repair center network.
