Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to own end-to-end procurement across multiple US sites, driving purchase order execution, supplier performance, and material flow in support of Navy and DoD contracts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish standardized processes, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, delivering on production schedules and continuous improvement objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain leadership.
• Experience with DoD/FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations across multiple facilities and ERP platforms.
• Own US Navy PO execution, scheduling, and supplier communications.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI governance in procurement.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Engineering to align supply.
