Job summary

Circor Naval Solutions in Warren, MA is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to translate program priorities into material readiness and coordinate with suppliers across IPTs.

You will pull ERP data, track supplier commitments, manage shortages and recoveries, and prepare updates for Operations, Program Management, and customer reviews. A manufacturing background and experience with MRP/ERP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, materials, purchasing, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing experience required; aerospace/defense or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Experience coordinating planning, purchasing, suppliers, inventory, and production activities.

Responsibilities

• Pulls supply chain data from the ERP to support IPT reviews.
• Gathers supplier updates from the Procurement team.
• Ensures all program demand is visible to Planning & Supply Chain teams.
• Escalates key shortages to Procurement team for action.
• Attend weekly Supply Chain reviews to obtain project updates & gain general supplier awareness around RCCA and key supply base challenges/changes.
• Attend/support IPT customer reviews as the Supply Chain focal.
• Gathers & creates all presentation material to support customer supply chain update requests.
• Provide accurate material status, risks, and recovery plans to Operations and Program Management.
