Job summary

CIRCOR Naval Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Planner to coordinate and communicate the Master Scheduling and SIOP process from our Warren, MA site. You will collaborate with supply chain, sales, quality, operations, and product management to build a robust master schedule and highlight shortages in 30/90/91+ horizons.

Your role will drive on-time shipments, level load planning, and inventory optimization while interfacing with Finance and Site Leadership to reduce costs and cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Management/Operations required, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive scheduling/planning ERP experience mandatory, 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to forecast and master schedule within capacity constraints to achieve on-time shipments.
• Review and communicate shortages with cross-functional teams to target completion dates.
• Drive updates of schedule attainment with Supply Chain from vendor shortages or customer changes.
• Manage scheduling for OEM pump/valve and aftermarket parts to align with market demand.
• Update master schedule and 30/90/91+ forecasts with Production, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
