Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to own end-to-end procurement execution, from PO placement to supplier performance, across Warren, MA and other sites.

You will drive governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and Navy requirements. The role requires 10+ years in procurement leadership, strong ERP experience, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to maintain

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading procurement execution and material management teams within complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement operations, purchase order management, MRP systems, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing procurement organizations supporting multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing open-order recovery, supplier expediting, shortage mitigation, and material availability programs.
• Strong understanding of demand fulfillment, delivery commitment management, and supplier communication processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop procurement execution strategies that support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Mentor procurement personnel across multiple locations and multiple ERP systems.
• Establish standardized procurement processes, procedures, and governance across facilities.
• Ensure alignment of procurement activities with production schedules, inventory objectives, and customer delivery requirements.
• Drive procurement KPI dashboards, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own US NAVY-wide PO execution across all manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, and Materials to support changing requirements and priorities.
• Lead cross-site coordination to balance material requirements and improve supply continuity.
