Job summary

Bohemia Manor Farm through Harvest & Tide seeks a Restaurant Server who thrives in a farm-to-table setting and loves wine and hospitality. You will create memorable dining experiences along Chesapeake City’s waterfront, delivering attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings prior serving experience, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain alcohol certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant serving.
• Wine knowledge a plus and able to recommend pairings.
• Willingness to obtain alcohol service certification (TIPS) if not already certified.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warm hospitality throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and suggest food and wine pairings.
• Take and enter orders accurately and relay dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check guest satisfaction.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
