Bohemia Manor Farm, a premier waterfront estate in Chesapeake City, Maryland, seeks a friendly Restaurant Server for Harvest & Tide. You will provide attentive dining service, describe daily specials, and recommend wine pairings, all while reflecting the property’s farm-to-table ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant service
• Knowledge of wine service considered a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-facing environment
• Alcohol service age requirement compliance and certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus and daily specials; recommend food and wine pairings
• Take and relay orders accurately; communicate dietary needs
• Deliver courses promptly and check guest satisfaction
• Process payments accurately and assist with closing duties
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining room and outdoor service areas
• Uphold hospitality standards and sanitation guidelines
