Bohemia Manor Farm is seeking a welcoming Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Harvest & Tide, a waterfront, farm-to-table concept in Chesapeake City. The ideal candidate loves food, wine, and hospitality, thriving in a fast-paced setting while providing attentive service that reflects the estate’s refined dining standards.

Experience in full-service dining and knowledge of wine pairings are valued, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Wine knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warm, professional hospitality throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and wine pairing recommendations aligned with Harvest & Tide's seasonal, locally sourced offerings
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders, relaying special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Process guest checks and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and table settings
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service
• Support setup and breakdown of the dining room and seasonal outdoor service, including Augie's on the Boh waterfront bar
• Uphold Vivamee's hospitality standards and all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
