• Excellent personal contact skills

• Must obtain and maintain a current food handler’s card and TIPS certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests hospitably and serve them efficiently
• Learn and describe menu items to guests, including chef specials
• Suggest wine and other beverages
• Maintain standard table setup procedures and keep the dining room clean
• Perform other duties as required
