Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain one.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with water and wastewater projects.
• Strong technical, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Passion for learning and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and contract documents.
• Lead construction observation and construction management activities.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout design and construction.
• Support clients through bidding, contracting, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to address project challenges and successful delivery.
