Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Technical Lead to guide design and construction for critical water infrastructure in the Southwest. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction administration, ensuring innovative technical solutions and successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, and mentoring while advancing a recognized water practice.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering, M.S. preferred.
• Experience: minimum of 8 years in water/wastewater treatment or conveyance.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Professional Engineering license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for water/wastewater projects.
• Manage and execute water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and staff.
• Develop reports, calculations, drawings, and design deliverables.
• Mentor professionals in Southwest offices.
