Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to direct installation, modification, and repair work on project sites in a supervisory capacity. The role requires planning, coordinating, and supervising field teams and subcontractors to meet contract documents and codes.

You will recruit and train skilled trades helpers, enforce safety standards, and manage materials, punch lists, and site logistics. Strong communication and blueprint-reading abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a standard high school, GED or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivalent training and experience.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Highly preferred: Construction or related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials, tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions in the trade.
• Able to supervise skilled and semi-skilled craft workers.
• Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise work and subcontractors on field project sites.
• Direct and supervise field personnel and ensure work aligns with contract documents and codes.
• Read and interpret plans; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Maintain records of punch list items and safety performance.
• Recruit and train skilled trades helpers; establish safety standards.
• Coordinate material delivery and site cleanup; manage issues on site.
