Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Site Coordinator (Water/Wastewater) to lead field activities on our Charleston project sites. You will direct installation, modification and repair work, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring alignment with contract documents and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to read blueprints, supervise skilled workers, and communicate clearly with team members. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a standard high school, GED or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivalent training.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, methods, materials, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise installation, modification, and repair work on project sites.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise work and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and drawings; ensure work complies with contract documents and codes.
• Supervise punch list completion and safety standards.
• Recruit and train skilled trades personnel; manage materials and deliveries.
