Hatteras Capital Advisors is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to oversee multiple large projects, mentor staff, and drive business development in the Fort Myers/Naples region. The role requires a PE and 5–25 years in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure.

You will lead technical design, scope development, and client relations, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant projects and expanding the firm’s regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Must be a PE with municipal water and wastewater experience.
• 5–25 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, team-building and business development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: cultivate relationships, identify and win new projects in the region, prepare proposals and present to clients.
• Project Management: provide technical leadership on water/wastewater projects, develop scope, estimates, and manage project teams.
• Mentor staff and oversee multiple large, complex projects from start to finish.
