Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson seeks an experienced project manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and design projects from inception to completion. You’ll coordinate resources, manage client expectations, and drive project performance to meet budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and teams, risk mitigation, and ongoing process improvements within a dynamic, ESOP-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture required.
• PE or AIA licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of design and construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external engineering resources and client staffing.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Develop client relationships and seek repeat/new business opportunities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones and quality guidelines.
• Provide guidance to design team members and manage project approvals.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
