Job summary

Ferrovial Construction seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead water/wastewater construction projects, ensuring safety, direction, timely completion, and financial success. You will oversee planning, subcontractor coordination, and cost control while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of field management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Primavera 6 CPM scheduling and MS Office tools. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Water / Wastewater construction.
• Significant experience as a manager of water wastewater construction activities in the field.
• Strong knowledge of cost control procedures and scheduling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs.
• Process, distribute and track all project documentation using templates.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material buyout; develop and negotiate subcontracts.
• Plan and schedule projects.
• Manage projects including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, and safety on site.
• Forecast and analyze construction costs and profits through project completion.
• Perform project closeout.
