Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office. A valid driver license and excellent English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or commensurate experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 CPM scheduling software.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver license for frequent travel.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, direction, completion, and financial outcomes of water/wastewater construction projects.
• Plan and schedule projects; manage subcontractor coordination and documentation.
• Negotiate subcontracts and materials; track costs and forecast profits.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform project closeout and reporting.
