Job summary

Veolia Environnement S.A. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end, large-scale water and wastewater capital programs.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive delivery excellence across design, funding, construction, and closeout. The role requires 10+ years in complex water/wastewater projects, PMP/Construction Management credentials preferred, and strong leadership with financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/environmental engineering and 10+ years of water/wastewater project experience.
• PMP and/or Construction Management certifications; Professional Engineer license (PE) is highly desirable.
• Experience managing large/complex water/wastewater design and construction projects across multiple lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale water/wastewater design and construction projects.
• Drive efficiency in project delivery by monitoring KPIs and using alternate procurement methods.
• Manage complex project budgets and perform risk/opportunity assessments.
