Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Little Rock, AR seeks a Water and Wastewater Project Manager to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across projects from planning through construction.

You will manage scopes, budgets, QA/QC, and permitting efforts, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. The role requires 4+ years in water/wastewater engineering, a PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro, and InfoWater/WaterCAD/SewerCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (any discipline; Civil/Environmental preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), preferably in Arkansas or obtainable within 6 months.
• 4+ years in Water/Wastewater distribution, collection, pump/lift, or treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work and budgets for projects.
• Oversee quality assurance and control to meet client and Halff standards.
• Support construction administration and lead permitting efforts.
