Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while mentoring staff and building client relationships.

You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, oversee QA/QC, support permitting, and ensure regulatory compliance across delivery stages with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience supporting Water/Wastewater utility projects (treatment, pump stations, storage, sewer).
• Bachelor or Master's in engineering, preferably civil/environmental.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in studies, reports, and reading/drafting construction plans and specs.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and subconsultants; manage deliverables, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate QA/QC to meet Halff standards and regulatory codes.
• Support construction administration and permitting efforts.
