Job summary

Halff is hiring a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Little Rock, AR location. You will lead scopes of work, budgets, and QA/QC to meet client expectations and Halff standards.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, a PE license (Arkansas preferred or eligible within 6 months), and have 4+ years of related experience with water/wastewater systems. Proficiency with AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro, and InfoWater/WaterCAD/SewerCAD is desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects such as distribution, collection, pumps or treatment.
• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Civil or Environmental preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably in Arkansas or eligible to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with pump stations, water storage or pipelines.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
• Interest in AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro and InfoWater or WaterCAD/SewerCAD.

What You Will Do

• Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
• Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
• Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts.

What You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience to support Water/Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift station, and/or treatment plant projects.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible, preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering).
• Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain within 6 months.
• Pump station, water storage, and/or pipeline design experience required.
• Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
• Desire experience with: AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or WaterCAD or SewerCAD).
