Halff is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager for our Fayetteville, AR location. The role oversees complex projects, leading technical staff, and maintaining client relationships with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in Water/Wastewater projects, a PE license (AR preferred), and a civil/environmental engineering degree. Relocation bonus is offered for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Water/Wastewater utility projects (treatment, pump stations, storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines)
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering
• Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or able to obtain within 6 months
• Adept in project planning, execution and closure, ensuring regulatory compliance and QA oversight
• Proven track record of prioritizing and managing complex projects
• Maintain ongoing client communication as primary contact to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal staff to align project scope with standards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with clients, regulators, and other parties
• Ensure all projects obtain necessary permits and comply with regulations

Responsabilités

• Proficient with studying, reporting, and reading/developing construction plans and specs
• Manage multi-discipline teams and subconsultants
• Coordinate deliverables, manage budgets and schedules, and resolve issues
• Oversee QA/QC to meet client Halff standards
• Support construction administration and lead or assist permitting efforts
