Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Professional Civil Engineer to fill our Project Manager role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, land development, drainage, detention, and water/wastewater utility design, and will manage design and construction for a broad range of projects. You will lead design and construction for infrastructure, coordinate with engineers and CAD designers, and work with local entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or ABET-accredited equivalent.
• PE license in Arkansas or transferable within 2 months.
• Experience in roadway design, stormwater drainage, detention concepts, erosion & sediment control, reports and design.
• Experience in stormwater design and modeling software preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and disciplines.
• Additional experience in Transportation and/or Land Development preferred.

• Responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of infrastructure projects.
• Past design and project management experience required; coordinates with local entities.
• Works closely with professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers.
