Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Project Manager to drive infrastructure projects and develop high-performance teams in asset operations and maintenance. You will oversee planning, procurement, and financials while ensuring safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–10 years in asset management, and a professional engineering license. A strong command of MS Office and CMMS tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience (Required).
• Transportation / Road asset management experience is highly desired.
• Professional Engineering License (Highly desired).
• 5–10 years of industry experience; facility management or supervisory experience (Required).
• Advanced knowledge of asset management within facility maintenance, repairs, and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS applications (DataStream MP2 / INFOR EAM).

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, systems and methodologies to meet project contracts for infrastructure quality, safety, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Respond to issues impacting contract requirements and drive timely solutions; share improvements.
• Organize and direct the project team to build teamwork and high performance in asset operations and maintenance.
• Oversee safety, quality, customer service and general business proficiency within the team.
• Establish and maintain contractor and supplier relationships; ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor planning, procurement, and financial responsibilities to optimize cost/benefit.
