Job summary

Trinity Consultants in Tucson is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Water/Wastewater Engineering) to lead design, coordination, and delivery of projects. You will supervise junior engineers, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships while promoting technical excellence and business development.

Required: BE in engineering, AZ-PE, 5+ years water/wastewater experience, 2+ years PM experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of five (5) years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a project manager in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design water and wastewater improvements and reports to meet standards.
• Review designs and reports by junior staff for accuracy and constructability.
• Manage project tasks, sub-consultants, budgets, and client communications.
• Mentor staff and support business development initiatives.
