Job summary
Trinity Consultants in Phoenix seeks a Water/Wastewater Engineer to design and support water infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project managers and leaders to deliver quality engineering solutions and support business development.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 4+ years’ experience, and a PE license in Arizona or eligibility. AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is expected; modeling software experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- PE license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one is required.
- 4+ years of engineering experience.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Experience with engineering reports and land development plans.
- Familiarity with water/wastewater systems and municipal standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; modeling software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop water/wastewater improvement plans and master plans under PM direction.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering design plans.
- Use AutoCAD to design and draft engineering plans; review plans by others.
- Assist PMs with client coordination and marketing to new clients.
- Respond to RFPs and participate in business development activities.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with their technical development.
