Job summary

Trinity Consultants in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Water/Wastewater Engineering) to lead and design water and wastewater projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure technical excellence in delivery.

The role oversees engineering design, project coordination, and staff mentorship, supports business development, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Arizona P.E. license required.
• Minimum 5 years water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a project manager in engineering.
• Strong leadership and client-communication skills.
• Experience with proposals and modeling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design water and wastewater improvement plans, master plans, and technical reports.
• Oversee designs and reports prepared by junior engineers and CAD staff.
• Manage project tasks, sub-consultants, and client communications.
• Track budgets and billing; ensure deliverables meet scope and schedule.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; promote knowledge sharing.
• Support business development and client engagement.
