Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager in Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid role leads full lifecycle water and wastewater projects, coordinating engineering design, regulatory approvals, budgets, and client relationships.

You will mentor engineers, manage proposals, and collaborate with funding agencies to support municipal and utility clients. Candidates should have a NJ PE license and extensive prior consulting experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of water and wastewater experience in a consulting environment with ownership of scope, schedule and budget.
• New Jersey PE license, or PE in another state with ability to obtain NJ licensure by comity; EIT with PE exam scheduled considered.
• Hands-on design authorship: drawings, specifications, basis of design reports and permit applications you personally prepared.
• Working knowledge of NJDEP regulations and the permitting process.
• Experience maintaining client relationships and writing fee proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle management of water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and negotiate proposals.
• Direct design team to produce drawings, specs, basis of design and contract documents.
• Coordinate with NJDEP for Treatment Works Approvals and NJPDES permits.
• Maintain client relationships after project close.
• Coordinate funding with NJ Infrastructure Bank, NJ Water Bank and SRF programs.
• Mentor project engineers and junior staff.
