Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager in Parsippany, NJ for a hybrid role (three days on site). You will lead full lifecycle water and wastewater projects, manage scope, schedule and budgets, direct design teams, and coordinate with NJDEP regulators and municipal clients.

The successful candidate will hold a NJ PE license (or be eligible by comity), have 8+ years in a consulting environment, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 8+ years in water/wastewater in a consulting environment with ownership of scope, schedule and budget.
• New Jersey PE license or ability to obtain NJ licensure by comity; strong EIT with PE considered.

Aufgaben

• Lead full lifecycle water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget; develop proposals and negotiate scope.
• Direct the design team producing drawings, specs, basis of design reports and contracts.
• Coordinate regulatory actions with NJDEP (Treatment Works Approvals, NJPDES permits).
• Maintain client relationships with municipal and authority clients after project close.
• Coordinate funding with NJ Infrastructure Bank, NJ Water Bank and SRF programs.
• Mentor project engineers and junior staff.
