Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex multidiscipline engineering projects across water, education, public works, and transportation sectors in the DC area.

You will lead design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with clients and regulators while mentoring junior staff to ensure quality, safety, and on-time performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (AIA) licensure preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years' design and construction project management experience.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus; strong scheduling and budgeting skills expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidiscipline projects from inception to completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate internal/external teams and government/client interfaces.
• Develop proposals, budgets, tasks, and milestones; monitor progress and invoicing.
