Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Manager for its Water/Wastewater practice in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on leading local client engagements, delivering projects on time and within budget, and expanding the company’s water infrastructure footprint.

You will drive business development, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure technical excellence across projects while advancing the firm’s reputation with municipalities and other clients in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 15+ years program/project management experience.
• Technical experience in water and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development efforts; develop strategy and client proposals.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams and ensure financial performance.
• Oversee project execution including budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews.
• Mentor staff and develop candidate pool for team expansion.
