Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will manage small EPC/service projects, oversee scope execution, and ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role includes staffing, team leadership, and coordination with third parties, with a client-focused delivery approach. Preferred candidates bring PE licensure, 10+ years of PM experience, and strong knowledge of water sector design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in program/project management with technical background.
• Water/wastewater design and infrastructure knowledge beneficial.
• Business development and client engagement experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small EPC/Service projects including risk-to-cost, schedule and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering, procurement and construction scope execution with focus on performance, costs, and safety.
• Staff and lead multi-discipline project teams and coordinate with third parties.
• Develop and implement project staffing, plans and performance goals.
• Interact with clients and promote Black & Veatch through engagements and proposals.
• Lead project reviews, budgeting, invoicing, and payments as applicable.
