Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater Conveyance in Texas. You will oversee the engineering component of various delivery methods, lead a multi‑discipline team, manage budgets, and liaise with clients to align on project goals.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, overseeing complex calculations, and driving solutions to meet performance goals while supporting business development opportunities. Hybrid potential with relocation eligibility.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
PE license preferred; professional licensure in home country or active pursuit may be required.
Experience executing multi-discipline water and wastewater conveyance projects.

Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules across multiple disciplines.
Mentor engineering staff and supervise team performance.
Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projects and communicate them to the team.
