Job summary

Gradiant in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, supervising resources, and delivering projects to meet contract requirements and quality standards. Mentoring junior staff and ensuring documentation control are also key duties.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• PE preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater consulting and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Manage all phases of project execution from contract award through final handover and closeout.
• Lead site construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning activities with clear execution plans.
• Maintain client relationships, lead project meetings, and provide progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring skills and development opportunities for the team.
• Oversee quality programs, FATs, supplier evaluations, and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and timely documentation to ensure traceability.
