Job summary

Gradiant in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while developing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

You will drive project execution from award to closeout, coordinate site activities, ensure quality and safety, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver profitable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• 5–8 years of water/wastewater consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from contract award through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk for multi-discipline water/wastewater projects.
• Maintain client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate site construction, safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee project controls, documentation, and reporting to stakeholders.
