Ideal candidate has 10+ years in design, management and business development, with at least 6 years in water/wastewater, and a PE license in AZ (or eligibility within 6 months).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, management, and business development.
• 6+ years in water/wastewater engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or eligible within 6 months.
• Ability to travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growth in water/wastewater.
• Lead service-specific proposal efforts and drive innovative project approaches.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance service offerings and delivery.
• Uphold high standards for design, reports, and QA/QC.
• Represent clients and the firm in meetings with governmental agencies.
• Lead business development activities and build client relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage design/delivery for profitability.
• Supervise engineers and support staff and develop project work plans and budgets.
• Track milestones, utilization, backlog, and accounts receivable.
