Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• AZ PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of progressive water/wastewater design experience.
• Ability to travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of water/wastewater projects profitably.
• Oversee technical aspects and QA/QC for multiple projects.
• Supervise engineers and technical staff assigned to projects.
• Develop work plans, budgets and resource deployment.
• Track utilization, backlog, WIP and AR; manage schedules.
• Lead business development and client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and qualification packages.
• Coach and mentor staff; build internal and external relationships.
