Job summary

• Three years minimum in construction management.
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, and water/wastewater/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field management, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain submittal control and as-builts for turnover to Owner operations.
• Plan sequencing and scheduling with superintendent and subcontractors.
• Establish procurement strategy for equipment and materials.
• Monitor design progress and coordinate with authorities for permits and inspections.
• Manage project start-up, commissioning, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain client relations with municipal and utility stakeholders.
• Travel as required.
• Supervise other team members.
