Job summary

JHL Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support field and office management, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement for water/wastewater projects.

You will coordinate with the Superintendent and Engineer, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least five years of relevant experience, with knowledge of alternative delivery methods and water

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, mechanical or environmental engineering.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in water/wastewater construction as PM, Senior PE, or Superintendent.
• Alternative delivery experience including Design/Build, CMGC, CMaR, DBB.
• Experience in water/wastewater storage, treatment, pumping, distribution and related systems.
• Knowledge of construction logistics for process equipment installation and piping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent and Project Engineer on schedules and procurement.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain project documents, submittals, RFI, and change management.
• Assist with site safety documentation and quality control plans.
• Attend meetings and represent the company professionally.
